Middle East

History

The History of the Middle East is long and complicated; what we know today is nothing like what it was in the past.

During the last century, it has changed immensely, as many new countries were formed and some names disappeared.

From the beauty of Iran and Oman to the problems around Israel and Palestine, many factors make this melting pot amazing, chaotic, and dangerous, yet it remains an important part of the world because of the huge amount of oil it possesses.

We obviously cannot explore all of it, as some are still considered dangerous, like Iraq, Iran and Lebanon.

Some are man-made, like cities in the UAE, but you can also see the real side, like Oman and Jordan.
